EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have purchased a product in Escaleras de Colombia, you have the possibility of requesting an exchange or return within the first ten (14) calendar days after the delivery date. You can do it in the following ways:

Requirements for exchange or return:

• Presents the purchase invoice or shipping guide to facilitate the process.
• The product must be in its Original packaging, without having been used and without having been assembled (if applicable).

If you wish to exchange a product purchased through our website, please note the following:

• The transportation costs for the collection of the merchandise and the new shipment will be assumed by you.
• This does not affect the legal guarantees and other rights recognized by the consumer by current legislation.
• If you request an exchange for a product of higher value the one you paid initially or with different features, you must cover the price difference.

WARRANTY TERMS

In Escaleras de Colombia, we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory experience with our products. Therefore, here we present the warranty terms and exchange policies:

1. Verification upon delivery: Upon receiving your merchandise, verify the quantities and condition of the product. If you made the purchase in our physical store, please note that we do not accept subsequent claims.

2. Deadline for changes: Have ten (14) calendar days to request an exchange or return. The product must be in its Original packaging and without having been assembled or used.

3. Balance products: Sale or discounted products are not eligible for exchanges.

4. Ladder Warranty:

• • We cover manufacturing defects in structure, mechanisms and materials during 1 year.
  •  We do not cover damage caused by poor installation by the customer.

5. Warranty exclusions:

• • We do not cover deterioration in structure, materials and finishes due to improper use, impacts, exposure to sunlight or artificial light, adverse weather conditions, humidity or use of inappropriate products.
  • The warranty is applied after a technical review.

6. Product modifications: If the customer makes modifications to the product, the warranty is lost.

7. Money refunds: No realizamos devoluciones de dinero.

PURCHASE CANCELLATION

• If the product has already been sent by Escaleras de Colombia to the address you provided, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Additionally, we want to inform you that although our site is secure, it is not error-free. Therefore, users acknowledge and accept that general information, product characteristics and prices may vary due to human or technological errors or manipulation by third parties. Each transaction is subject to subsequent verification by our company and confirmation by you as a user.

If you refuse delivery of the product for reasons beyond the responsibility of Escaleras de Colombia, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
